Dr. Norman Horn is the founder and President of the Libertarian Christian Institute, the premier website exploring libertarian theory from a Christian point of view.

Norman holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from the Austin Graduate School of Theology. He also has earned an M.S. in Chemical Engineering, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, and a B.S. in Chemistry. He has won numerous awards for his writings and research in both engineering and theology. Norman is the author of multiple peer- reviewed publications in science, economics, and political theory, and he has been published in many popular venues including Young American Revolution, Students for Liberty, LewRockwell.com, and the Washington Post.

He currently resides and works in St. Louis, MO.
