ObamaCare finishes what LBJ started

Yesterday evening, the illustrious U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 4872, the Health Care & Education Affordability Reconciliation Act of 2010. Thus Obama, Biden, Pelosi, and company have finished what Lyndon B. Johnson started 45 years ago with the introduction of Medicare – the complete socialization of medicine in these United States.

This is what change looks like,” Obama said later in televised remarks that stirred memories of his 2008 campaign promise of “change we can believe in.”

“We proved that this government — a government of the people and by the people — still works for the people.”

Ron Paul would disagree. This is indeed a dark day for liberty.
