Obamacare upheld today, CJ Roberts deciding vote, Conservatives heads explode?
ByObamacare was upheld today. As a tax. Which is ironic, because of what the dear leader once said:
"For us to say that you’ve got to take a responsibility to get health insurance is absolutely not a tax increase."

Chief Justice John Roberts was the deciding vote. Roberts was a Bush appointee. Which is ironic, because we keep hearing we need a Republican president to appoint more conservative judges, presumably like John Roberts? That’s right, the kind of judge who says the federal government can force you to buy health insurance, and if you don’t they can tax you into compliance anyway. Get real.
Conservatives: If you really care about liberty, it’s about time that you give up conservatism and the GOP. It has failed you. Move on, and get over it. Really.
