My guest today is once again Dr. Catherine Pakaluk. Dr. Pakaluk is an economist and is Assistant Professor of Social Research and Economic Thought at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. She has a brand-new book called Hannah’s Children: The Women Quietly Defying the Birth Dearth, in which she explores why many women are choosing to have multiple children and demonstrates though economic analysis the impact that this data could have on the future of American society.
