This article by Obery M. Hendricks Jr. published at Sojourners touted the “biblical values” of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s democratic socialism. He claims it is the political philosophy that most closely aligns with the message of the gospels.

It doesn’t.

Doug and I decided this was worth tackling on a joint podcast episode for both GodArchy and the Libertarian Christian Institute. We take the article apart piece by piece and tackle it from both economic, political and theological angles. We also have a little fun along the way with heavy doses of humor and sarcasm.
