That question seems more and more poignant of late. Politics is clearly not moving us toward liberty. But we can still live free in Christ. In fact, Paul wrote that it is for freedom that Christ set us free.

One way we can live free is by learning to forgive. But people are hard to forgive. That’s why we need to understand forgiveness is not for the other person.
