But it's been buzzing around the adoption blogs as an issue that relates to children born within a military context and abroad. Though I'm surfing around to see other articles about the same policy it does seem meant for women in the military. It's doubtful they would give it to foreign women, huh? Sorry to be confusing! Orphans who have a hard time getting adopted. On another note, thanks for this blog! Really neat. (And yes, my name really is Liberty!)
