The Discovery of Freedom, by Rose Wilder Lane, should be added to any list of great literary works about libertarianism and Christianity. Her opening essay is stunning.

[...] The Cult of the Presidency is currently available for free in electronic form from the Cato Institute’s website. The author Gene Healy gave the keynote address at the Students for Liberty Texas Conference that I helped host last fall in Austin, and I left with more than a few copies. You may recall that I included it in my Top 10 Books for Christian Libertarians – Christmas 2009 Edition. [...]

Well, the Kindle's latest release has the ability to directly read PDFs, which should mean that anything you can download from LVMI will work. Take a look on the Kindle page and there's an interesting picture of some PDF sheet music displayed and it looks pretty good! I'm excited because that's really what ultimately sells me on the kindle. Reading scholarly papers and LVMI material on it would be one of my primary uses, so now that this is taken care of I'm pretty well sold. But, I don't have one quite yet... :-(

Norman,

I am looking at various ereaders and I am wondering if you've tried any of the Mises.org books on kindle? The Mises Institute is starting to convert books into the epub format, and for that reason I am also looking at the B&N Nook and the Sony Reader, both of which support epub, unlike the kindle. Any insight you could provide would be helpful.
