Also free at www.mises.org under "literature", by author last name!

I didn't check your amazon link, but I know that there is a book of this title available at amazon that is essentially just an excerpt of Lane's book. It includes only the chapters on Islam, leaving the impression that she was a great proponent. Be careful what you order - her original book contains much more!

I second the recommendation of 'Discovery of Freedom'. One of the most influential books I have ever read in this area is David Lipscomb's 'On Civil Government' - also available online free. Laurence Vance has a compilation of essays from Lew Rockwell out called 'Christianity and War' - you probably are familiar with that one. Also, John Gatto's 'Underground History of American Education' - lewrockwell.com has been reprinting chapters the past couple of weeks, but the entire book is available free at www.johntaylorgatto.com. Rothbard also has a much shorter book on public education - 'Education, Free and Compulsory' - free online at www.mises.org.

I must include one of my all-time favorites -- The Discovery of Freedom, by Rose Wilder Lane. Wonderful writer, thinker, and most importantly, communicator of ideas. Find it here. http://www.amazon.com/Discovery-Freedom-Struggle-Against-Authority/dp/0930073002/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top
